We had a wonderful stay at Grandhotel Tiffi. the location was great, with spacious rooms and plenty of facilities. the spa, complete with a seawater swimming pool, was excellent. We also enjoyed having our own marina and the option to rent a boat. There were lots of activities to do around the hotel, and the food and drinks were of good quality. the staff were friendly and the room was modern and clean.

No 🥶 fridge in the rooms and disappointing wine list.

The guestrooms at Grandhotel Tiffi are so cozy and comfortable! The beds are like a dream and you can choose the perfect pillow for a good night's sleep. The room service is amazing, especially when you crave a late-night snack. And the best part is, we had access to free WiFi throughout our stay, which kept us connected and entertained. Plus, having a coffee machine in the room was a great bonus.

One thing that we personally didn't enjoy was the seating area in our room. It felt a bit cramped for our liking.

I chose this hotel for my work consultation and was pleased with the amenities available, including irons/ironing boards. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable experience during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers and printing facilities onsite.

The hotel facilities and location were great for families during the Easter break. The size of the rooms was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast options offered a good variety of hot and cold foods. The lake views from the outdoor areas were stunning and made for a peaceful environment to relax in. The bike rental was also a fun way to explore the surrounding area.

The customer service was lacking and not up to five-star standards. The staff was not proactive and did not go out of their way to provide a satisfactory experience.

We had a great stay in a beautiful hotel with delicious food and a great spa. the modern design of the rooms was stunning with a comfortable bed and a great view of a beautiful lake nearby. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us whenever we needed it. we enjoyed the convenience of the bikes on offer, which allowed us to explore the area with ease.

the swimming pool area was quite small, and it can get fairly crowded during peak hours.

the beauty of being on the Jeziorak lake shore and the large island in the middle of the lake made the experience unique. the view right by the lake is breathtaking and we could go for walks and bike rides on the walking and bike path that ran along the shore. the spacious room and bathroom were built to a high standard with the finest quality gym equipment. Our buffet breakfast was great, and the waiters were extremely efficient making the experience even more pleasant.

There was a lack of knowledge and competence from the reception staff, which was the only downside.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool, fulfilled my needs for relaxation and pampering. the sun terrace and garden area provided a serene atmosphere to enjoy the beautiful location. The restaurant's special diet menus were a welcome touch and the in-room breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. Cons: the only minor issue was the service, which was courteous but not exceptional.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold foods, fruits, pastries, juices, tea, and coffee. The rooms were spacious with good-sized bathrooms. Enjoyed the outdoor area on the first floor for relaxation. The swimming pool, saunas, and gym were excellent and free. The hotel was located right by the lake with a nice walking path.

We loved the hotel facilities, the clean rooms, and the lovely location near the lake. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
